U-SAVED, our projects

In Donbass, Serrhi saves lives by evacuating civilians. His vehicle is in very bad condition. It is urgent to provide him a new one.

We support basic nutrition aid provided by volunteer groups and medical and social structures for particularly vulnerable people in Kharkiv and the Donbas.

Since the beginning of the conflict we have been collecting requests from the structures we visited and the groups of volunteers we met.

Our partner, Rescue Now, started at the very beginning of the war in Kharkiv when one of the co-founders began evacuating people from the war zones to Poltava and Dnipro, returning to Kharkiv with a car full of essential goods for the citizens. Two months later, the team became a charitable foundation with 202 volunteers. With logistical, financial and capacity building support from U-Saved funded by PAH, Rescue Now continues to evacuate people, including disabled and bedridden patients, from war zones in Kharkiv, Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

In Pokrovsk and Avdiivka, the bombings have caused enormous damage. The volunteers with whom U-Saved is already working for the distribution of bread have called for help because after the gas and electricity, the water pipes have been affected. Some stores still have stocks of bottled water that could be purchased and delivered by the volunteers.
